Lockers can be occupied spontaneously by changing users on a time-controlled basis. The entire management of the locker systems can be controlled online, so that all information about occupancy and use is available at any time. This minimises the administrative burden. And maximises capacity utilisation and safety.

In complex locker systems, for example in changing areas, innovative wireless networking enables convenient control and monitoring of the cable-free system at the click of a mouse, for example for central release and locking of lockers.
Intelligent access
via smartphone using Bluetooth, RFID or PIN code
Access to lockers and compartments is via smartphone, RFID, Bluetooth data carrier or PIN code. With cloud-based solutions, access is also easy to organise across locations and can even be transferred from the smartphone to RFID or other data carriers or directly from the smartphone to the locking system. By means of Time Sensitive Booking Code (TSBC), even selective access in a defined period or only for a single locking process can be controlled and allocated.

Mobile use of the lockers is optionally possible via smartphone/Bluetooth and app-controlled or completely without an app – for example via Time Sensitive Booking Code. The code, which is valid for a limited time, is automatically sent on-demand to the authorised user’s smartphone.

The integration of SAG Smart Access into existing or planned data systems – including various property management, PropTech, guest management or time recording systems – can be realised easily and flexibly thanks to the open system architecture.
